Montage Residences Announces Two New Closings in Two Weeks

Only Six of the Original Twenty Residences Remain Available

In a nearly unprecedented flurry of activity, two of the luxurious private Residences at Montage Beverly Hills were sold in less than two weeks, leaving only six of the original “homes within a grand hotel” available. Continuing to set new marks in the Beverly Hills real estate market, a 4,695 square foot, four bedroom, four and-a-half bath residence sold for $10,500,000. A 2,766 square foot, three bedroom, three and-a-half bath home was purchased for $6,085,000. The collection crowns the top two-and-a-half floors of the multi-awarding-winning, nine story hotel in the heart of the city’s famed Golden Triangle.

“We are thrilled with the response we’ve received,” said John Mansour, representative for owner, Beverly Hills Luxury Hotel LLC. “Our residents recognize how unique these properties are and their scarcity makes them even more desirable.”

Enjoying the signature service that has become a Montage trademark, residents are afforded all the special features associated with a luxury hotel, including access to the 20,000 square foot Spa Montage, fitness center and roof top pool as well as critically acclaimed restaurants featuring award-winning celebrity chef Scott Conant’s Scarpetta, in addition to The Macallan’s newest bar, £10. A dedicated concierge staff, as well as the largest ratio of hotel staff to residents further complement the myriad residential amenities.

The six remaining residences range in size from 2,825 square feet to 5,761 square feet and are priced from $6,325,000 to $16,450,000. For further information, visit or call 310.860.7899.
