Bob Mitchell
Director of Group Sales
As the Director of Group Sales for Montage Laguna Beach, Bob Mitchell supervises the operations of the group sales team. In addition to his management responsibilities, he handles the Los Angeles and East Coast territories. Prior to joining Montage six years ago, Mitchell spent five years as the Director of Sales at The Phoenician in Scottsdale, AZ. Other previous positions included National Sales Manager for Pointe Resorts and various operational roles for Hyatt Hotels.

Janet Kato White
Corporate Director of Leisure Sales, Montage Hotels & Resorts
Mrs. Janet White is a seasoned hospitality executive with over 25 years of industry experience.
With an extensive background in independent luxury resorts, she has been corporate director of leisure sales for Montage Hotels & Resorts for the last five years, and helped launched the company's much-acclaimed Laguna Beach property in 2003.
Previously, she spent over 19 years as regional director of sales for Halekulani Hotels and Resorts in Hawaii. In addition to directing sales for The Halekulani, the company's venerable luxury resort on Waikiki Beach - consistently ranked among the world's top hotels - she also oversaw the Waikiki Parc Hotel and Kapalua Bay Hotel. Mrs. White opened the company's regional sales office in Los Angeles, and was the primary liaison to Leading Hotels of the World, Preferred Hotels, SRS and Virtuoso.
Mrs. White embarked on her career as a sales manager for Miyako Hotel, a Western International Hotel in San Francisco, climbing the ranks to director of sales. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in anthropology from the University of California, Berkeley.
Molly Morton
National Sales Manager
As National Sales Manager for Montage Laguna Beach, Molly Morton handles the Mid-Atlantic, Southeast and South Central territories, as well as San Diego County. She joined Montage in December 2003 after serving in similar positions for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in San Diego and Dallas.
Previous experience includes various management positions at the Hotel Adolphus in Dallas, TX; the Sydney Renaissance Hotel in Sydney, Australia; and at Perivolas Traditional Houses in Santorini, Greece.

Chrissy Sexton
National Sales Manager
Chrissy Sexton joined Montage Laguna Beach as a National Sales Manager and will co-lead the group sales efforts and oversee the Mid-Atlantic region.
Ms. Sexton has over seven years of experience in the travel/hospitality industry. Prior to joining Montage, she was a Senior Sales Manager at The St. Regis Monarch Beach in Dana Point, California, where she was responsible for the Southeast, Washington D.C., and Canadian markets. Prior to that, she was a National Sales Manager at the Westin Buckhead in Atlanta, Georgia. She began her career as a Sales Manager at the Residence Inn in Downtown Atlanta, Georgia.
She is currently a member of Meeting Professionals International (MPI), American Society of Association Executive (ASAE), Georgia Meeting Planners International (GAMPI), and Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA).
Ms. Sexton received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management Information Systems and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida. She has also spent time studying International Marketing at Uppsala University in Sweden.
She currently resides in Mission Viejo, California.

Sue Winkelmann
National Sales Manager
National Sales Manager Sue Winkelmann is responsible for handling the Midwest and the national insurance and incentive markets for Montage Laguna Beach.
Mrs. Winkelmann has worked in the travel/hospitality industry and has over 20 years of experience. Prior to joining Montage, she was a National Sales Manager at Terranea Resort in Palos Verdes, California, where she was a member of the pre-opening sales team and was responsible for the Midwest and incentive market for the resort. Mrs. Winkelmann is currently a member of MPI Chicago Chapter and SITE Minnesota Chapter.
Mrs. Winkelmann received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.

Hanae Kalland
Sales Manager
Hanae Kalland has worked at Montage Laguna Beach for three years. As Sales Manager, she is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Southern California travel agencies and promoting Montage Laguna Beach. Prior to joining Montage, Kalland worked at the Park Hyatt in Tokyo, Japan, as the Concierge Team Leader.
A graduate of California State University at San Marcos, Kalland received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with an emphasis in service sector management.
