Practicing yoga as a family can be a very special bonding experience. This class is a unique program of sun salutations, standing poses, arm balances, backbends and relaxation techniques in both child- and adult-size postures. Experience pure enjoyment and entertainment with this healthy, no-impact physical activity for the entire family.

Pilates Party participants will engage in an energizing, fulfilling workout with our certified Pilates instructor. This class is a low impact, mind/body program designed for all ages and abilities. Pilates can improve posture, body awareness, flexibility, balance and strength, as well as reshape, rebalance and realign your body for a longer, leaner and stronger you. A variety of fitness items may be used, such as circles, straps and small balls.

Through imaginative play, families stretch, get aerobic exercise, learn body awareness and develop coordination and rhythm in this incomparable, fun-filled, non-competitive environment! This is a terrific way to enhance family teamwork and camaraderie.
