Paintbox and Paintbox Petite are Montage's exclusive children's programs that celebrate the art of being a child. Specially designed for children ages 5 to 12 and 2 to 5 respectively, our creative-rich palette includes exploratory games, themed indoor and outdoor activities and hands-on arts and crafts that will keep your little one engaged and smiling.
Teens get to be the center of attention at M-Teens. Our new power-packed, energized program, tailored just for 13- to 17-year-olds, is all about entertainment, social connections and self-expression. Join our seasoned M-Teens Leader for daily outdoor activities including Stand-Up Paddle Board/Kayak Excursions, flag football and beach bocce ball.

Pretend City Children's Museum - Where Imagination and Education Come to Play
Enjoy complimentary children's admission* (valued at $10 per child). With more than 15,000 sq ft of interactive exhibits and activities, Pretend City brings to life every profession, necessity and daily occurrences of a real city, allowing children to "pretend" to be the adults. They can do anything and everything from grocery shopping and banking to visiting the doctor and collecting their pay from the local ATM.
Ocean Institute - Experience is the Teacher
Located in nearby Dana Point, the Ocean Institute has become nationally known for its hands-on marine science, environmental education and maritime history programs. As a guest at Montage Laguna Beach, you will receive:
- Complimentary Admission to the Ocean Institute Weekend Program (special events not included) On Saturdays and Sundays from 10am to 3pm, enjoy a sneak peek into ocean science, history and literature.
- Complimentary Weekend Cruise Fare for Children aboard the R/V Sea Explorer
Ocean Institute scientists will introduce you to local marine wildlife on a themed-cruise ranging from their Morning Breeze Music Cruise and Marine Wildlife Cruise to seasonal excursions such as the Catalina Snorkeling Cruise and Blue Whale Safari (seasonal). Children must be 4-12 years old to participate. Offer good with the purchase of an adult ticket. The Spirit of Dana Point is a 118-foot, full-size replica of a Baltimore clipper schooner. Sailing excursions include A Whale's Tale Sailing Adventure, Pyrate Adventure Sail and Passage to the Pacific.
